Q: Want to order books but received the following message, "your book appears to have unedited text which will not print in your book."  What does that mean?

It means that someplace in yoru books you have unedited text - teh latin looking filler - and that it will not be printer in your book - you can ignore if you want or you can find it and with put text in or a single space to e,iminate the warning message

The default text in the text boxes is to tell you what the box is intended for but will not be printed if it's not replaced with your text.  Just put a space in any text box you don't want to use and you'll not get that message.

Is there any "latin" looking text in any text blocks in the book?

Go thru every page in the book and look for any text box.  Unused text boxes will have somegthing like this in them:

or this:

Just put a space in those text boxes where you didn't put text previously.  Check the inside flaps of the book jacket also.
