Nov 22, 2013 1:54 PM in response to Bubbaaveryby ChrisJ4203,That screen is indicative of Recovery mode. How much of the setup/activation had you completed when that showed up? Were you/are you connected to the computer? What model of iPhone is it you are trying to activate?

After that, you can set it up as new, then restore to your iCloud backup after that. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
