There isn't any, a cam is hardware not software. Exactly how is it not working?

and nothing happened ... in the System information camera not detected , however its already existed in
USB Drive ..

You may have had a bad download or install on your OS X 10.9 Upgrade. Reinstall OS X Mavericks.
Immediately following the restart that completes the reinstall, use the Disk Utility in your Mac's Finder > Go Utilities folder to repair permissions. Then check your camera's function again. Test more than one Apple camera app in more than one user account.
