Nov 23, 2013 11:16 AM in response to Tom Wolskyby monivel,Excuse my ignorance but how do I trash my preferences. And the project render files? I thought I had to render before exporting. My work is 1.30 minutes so it is heavey. I appreciate your advice.

Nov 23, 2013 11:21 AM in response to monivelby Tom Wolsky,Use Preference Manager from Digital Rebellion to trash the preferences. The project render files are inside the project folder on your hard drive. Dump the whole folder. No, you do not have to render before exporting. That was recommended for previous versions.
