Nov 24, 2013 10:44 AM in response to nannie88by ChrisJ4203,What do you mean that "Siri has it"? If you deleted an email that you received, or sent, it would be in the Trash, or in some accounts, an archived folder. I do not know what you are referring to when you say that "Siri has it".

Nov 24, 2013 10:54 AM in response to nannie88by nannie88,I have an investigation into my email account to try to retrieve them, but are they on my phone somewhere?

Nov 24, 2013 10:55 AM in response to nannie88by ChrisJ4203,No there isn't. What Siri is reading is from the search cache. It doen't have the mail, just some header information about it. If you deleted the trash, that usually means you are done with the materials, so they are not recoverable.

Jan 19, 2016 1:29 PM in response to nannie88by Aaron R. Deb,Hi there,
I know this sounds like an obvious suggestion but have you tried searching in for the email via the search ber? Just go into the inbox and at the top there should be a search bar. If you type in anything that you know is in the email, you can then choose whether you are seaching the inbox or all of your folders. It might still be in there somewhere...
Hope this helps,
Aaron
