Q: Does anyone agree with me that Pages 5 is not as Pages 4.3 which isn't as good as Apple Works?

It seems to me that lmost every upgrade is not as good as the previous version. Am I alone in thinking this?

The upgrade from Pages 4 to Pages 5 has been discussed at extreme and often acrimonious length in this thread - all 91 pages of it, so you are not alone and there is little left to say on the subject.

Roger, I have been on here all night and you are prolific throughout. May I reach out to you and ask you for some advice?

My feed is coming out duplicate http://scottishgolfpodcast.com/category/podcast/feed/

This was originally submitted and later taken off Itunes store as it was my 'test' podcast.

Now it won't allow me to resubmit my podcast from my website www.scottishgolfpodcast.com

Any advice would be extremely grateful as a young start up podcaster.

    Many thanks

There is a bug in the automated part of the submissions process which will tell you that a feed has already been submitted even though it has subsequently been removed from the Store. To get round this you will need to change the title slightly, and if you can change the feed URL it might also help. You can always change the title back once it's been accepted.

You didn't need to get your podcast removed, simply updating the feed would make the necessary changes.

If you have further questions please post in the Producing Podcasts forum rather than tacking onto someone else's thread which has nothing to do with your question. You were lucky I happened to see this.

    Dear Roger

Thank you for your reassurance.  It's good to know that I'm not alone.  My solution is to chuck Pages 5 and revert to 4.

    Thank you for your help.

    PS

Do you know anything about my iTunes problem.  Again the upgrade is the problem but, in this instance, I don't seem to be able to go back to the previous versation.  (I now think of upgrades as downgrades).

I don't k nonw how easy it is to revert iTunes - you should ask in the iTunes for Mac forum.
