Q: I know this sounds like a stupid question, but
I just recently bought an early 2011 macbook pro with out a hard drive or working logic board.I installed a 128GB SSD HD with a MC724 logic board onto it, but the drive is blank. How can I get Mountain Lion or Mavericks installed onto it?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

You could take it to the genius Bar and they would start the install for you off their fast WiFi (or possibly Ethernet).
An appointment at the genius Bar is free, in warranty or out. (other Apple Resellers may have different policies.)
