Q: Scrolling freeze (Chrome, preview, Appstore)

Since I have updated to Mavericks, I had scrolling freeze issues.

Especially, When I am Internet surfing, scrolling works at the first time and then both touch pad and mice are suddenly frozen. 

Aslo, When I hit the power button, the computer directly goes to sleep mode. Any one know how to fix them?

These problems are really annoying and I really want to downgrade my OS.
