Your media should normally be in <User's Music>\iTunes\iTunes Media\<Etc.> not <User's Music>\iTunes\Previous iTunes Libraries.
Was your library working properly on this computer before you reinstalled iTunes, or is there something you've left out of the picture?

Is the media still present in the media folder?

1. automatically add to
2, downloads
3.music
and under music is the 3 albums that I still have after the others dissappeared.

Are the three albums you do have iTunes Store purchases?
Has anything else changed, new/temporary user profile for example?
Have you searched the entire computer for files of the form *.mp3 or *.m4a in case things have been inadvertently moved to the wrong path?

have looked everywhere
I do have them on another computer, can I copy them from there?
