Nov 27, 2013 12:41 AM in response to lllaassby sam rgj,The app "Apple Ibook" was upgraded in the latest software upgrade which made it uncompatible with the ipod touch 4g
I cannot find anywhere in Itunes where I can see a "last compatible version".
I also have an iphone 4s on my account, I don't know if this would be causing any conflict.

Sep 20, 2016 9:46 PM in response to sam rgjby saraguchi2316,I had this problem as well. Instead of iBooks, i downloaded a different ebook app (search ebook in app store). I then was able to drag ebooks through itunes.
Once you download an ebook app:
Step 1: Go to apps under iPod
Step 2: Choose the ebook app
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom under file sharing and click on the app in the left column
Step 4: Drag your ebook files into the right column
Step 5: Open the app on your ipod and read to your hearts content!
