Learn about iPhone 5s: About Touch ID security

HT5949 Does anyone actually know how does touch id actually authenticates with apple ids as well? As in how does the login process for the App Store works?

I suspect it stores our app store icloud credentials in the secure enclave in the A7 and when a fingerprint match is found it accesses the icloud credentials and logs in to the app store with them. This is my best guess on how they could do it securely, i ve looked all over google for the past 2 hours and couldnt find any mention about how this feature actually works, and apple's support pages arent any help

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
