Q: How do you get the updates to compressor 4 from the APP store?

What is your version of FCPX and what is your version of Compressor?

The latest version of Compressor is 4.0.7. If yours is earlier than that, when you visit the App Store  an update should be indicated in Updates in the tool bar and available for download.

Just to add, I don't know what you mean when you say Compressor was bundled with FCP.

As I said, I don't usnderstand what you mean by included. How then did you acquire FCP?

Then I'd contact Apple and cite the info that will be found in  your iTunes purchase history.

I purchase Compressor 4 and now i can't update it at all, it says it was not purchase from this Apple ID or purchase  from other device, then it says this error pictured below, have anyone run into this problem and is there a fix

Have you always used the same Apple ID? Are you the original purchaser? If the answer is yes to both questions, I would contact App Store support
