Q: My TV is not connected via wire to the Internet. Can I still use Apple TV? I use an antenna right now to get local TV stations. I have Time Warner Cable service that I use for my iPhone and Mac.

I am Time Warner cable service to my home. I use it to connect with my I phone 5 and my MacAir. It is not connected to my TV which is too far away. Can I still use Apple TV?

MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion, Microsoft Office Suite installed.

The tv being connected to a network has nothing to do with the ability to use the ATV.
The ATV requires a network connection, either Wired or Wireless.
