Q: why did my apps icon disappeared

Some of my apps icon had disappeared!!

 

Now, my app icons which include iwork apps, cleans my mac2, google drive and parallel desktop have disappeared.

 

This happens before I backup my mac with a time machine so I have no backup to timemachine it back.

 

however, when i look in a finder app icons were there.

    It is likely that CleanMyMac2 cleaned them.

     

    If you have no backup, erase your Mac and configure it again. You may be able to recover by reinstalling OS X from the Recovery partition.

     

    Do not install garbage like CleanMyMac.
