Why is my Photo Stream icon gone from Library inspector, but photos still sync?

Since upgrading to Aperture 3.5, the icon for the Photo Stream is gone from the left Library inspector.

However, photos are still syncing from my iCloud Photo Steam, as evidenced by photos being added to old photo stream auto-generated projects. The only way to browse to the recent updated project is through my top-level "Projects" icon below "My Library" -- whereas the auto-generated projects are not under the "Projects."

Any thoughts?

All my settings are set to use the Photo Steam...
