Please try again later. After trying dozens of times, chatted with a Apple rep. After checking proper password is working...still message came up. He thought I needed to change my old profile? Tried to but says my email already exists. Blah blah blah...How to trash old one and start fresh. Or any other suggestions, PLEASE! Thank you.
