Q: OK. Ari tried to help me with the problem of not being able to load/use itunes onto a Windows 7 OS. I thought that I was replying to her/him. Do you have a solution or a help phone number I can call for this problem.

Does anyone know how to contact a person a apple for help with loading itunes onto a windows 7 OS so that I can update my IPOD?
