Q: You are currently on a text field...?

My cat has stepped all over my keyboard and enabled a feature on the desktop that behaves like a constant help box, with voice. Where in preferences do I turn this feature off?

  VoiceOver is turned on.

 

Disable it in System Preference > Accessibility >  VoiceOver

 

or

 

Press  command + F5   keyboard keys.
