Whenever I try to but a song or app on iTunes I enter my Apple ID password and the screen says " this Apple ID cannot be used in the iTunes Store use another Apple ID .

Q: Won't let me buy anything
Im having the exact same problem, i try to buy something and it says to use another apple ID. It just started happening today.
