    Why There are no replies!?!?

    Thats Rude BTW

This is a user-to-user all volunteer forum. Sometimes you don't get an answer right away. Sometimes, as it's a very busy forum, your post gets lost in the noise. Telling people they are rude not to answer you isn't going to encourage anyone to help you.

It must not have been a particularly pressing issue as you've waited 12 days to try again. If you have tried resetting the phone, the next option would be to restore, then restore from back up.

So how much clearer do you want the answers to be?

This is a user to user technical support forum and there is no point in saying that you did not know that because everyone who signs up to post on these forums is actually made aware of this before they sign up and accept the terms and conditions.

    user to user volunteer forum?!

that means that another user will reply

    i didnt know that

Why exactly? where are the technitians APPLE !

Am i  on apple's discussions form or Disneyland here ?!

Well i see that Apple won't admit nor update that crapy IOS 7 ,( which all my other friends (ios users) certainly have more problems everyday )

Ok ,since you dont want to address this problem will hit all the social media sites and blast it there. Let the world know how much you care about your customers

    Thanks for nothing

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!  Oh, thanks, I needed that laugh.

You're going to complain on social media sites that other Apple users didn't answer your question, and that's supposed to reflect poorly on Apple?

When you signed up for this forum, you agreed to the terms & conditions, which make it very, very clear that Apple does not directly monitor these forums.  On top of that, there's even a LINK at the bottom of this page that says 'Contact Us'.

Did you ever use that link? Obviously not.

Go ahead and register your complaints on social media.  You'll probably get laughed at, when people realize you didn't actually contact Apple for support.
