Q: How do you delete an icloud account?

Hi there,

I broke my iphone and have replaced it with an ordinary Nokia. My problem is I cannot recieve messages from iphones as all my

messages are been sent to my icloud account. So now I need to delete the icloud account to receive messages and I have no idea

how to do this! ANy help would be great!

The problem isn't with your iCloud account, it's that your number is still registered with the iMessage servers. There are a couple of things you can try to fix this. If you registered your iPhone with Apple using a support profile, try going to https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do and unregistering it. Also, try changing the password associated with the Apple ID that you were using for iMessage by going to https://iforgot.apple.com.
