Call your National on line store where you can buy a redemption code.
For Mountain Lion, the minimum specs are as follows ... technical specification
You can upgrade directly from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion via the App Store, providing you have met the specs.
MAVERICKS Tech Specs Apple - OS X Mavericks - Read the technical specifications.
Be aware that many apps on Snow Leopard may not work with these upgrades. You can check out which ones via this link. -
