Q: my iphone 5 s dont even have personal hotspot and how do i get it?

please go to Settings>celluar/mobile data>personal hotspot and try to turn it on from there.

if it will not turn on from there its has been blocked on your account with your carrier.

if it does turn on from there it should not appear in settings>personal hotspot as i direct link
