Is anyone else haveing this issue? On my iPhone and iPad after upgrading to iOS7 I am being asked to aggree to new iCloud terms and conditions, but when I select 'View Terms' to sign it returns an error: 'Unable to connect to server.'

Until i can get this working I am unable to use any iCloud services on both devices. Server overloaded? Anyone else?

The Find My Phone trick did not work for me.  What did work was the recommendation to sign in from a computer.  I used one of my windows boxes, signed into icloud, rebooted my iphone and the problem was fixed.

That did it. After all the find my friends garbage, reboots, icloud.com, etc.....just had to delete my icloud account then set it back up. So dumb.

I have tried all the fixes listed and still getting the same error. Spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support still not resolved.  Have erased all data and it's still not fixed.  How do I delete my icloud account or roll back the ios 7.0.3 upgrade.

Tried everything, even spoke to apple customer services and got no where.  I decided to cancel or delete iCloud from my iPhone then sign back in and happpppppy days it worked, it didn't even ask to accept terms and conditions buzzin :-)

Exactly what I did on my iPad. Miracles of miracles. It worked!! Didn't ask me for T&C either. Should have done this two weeks ago.

I had this issue on my wife's iPhone 4 after updating to IOS 7.0.3. After turnning on Location Services (it had been disabled during the upgrade setup) everything began to work again. My guess - Apple uses some strange geolocation data to show you the correct terms and without it, it cannot determine which server / page to pull it from failing with the ridiculously useless error "Unable to connect to server".

There is a good chance the people installing "Find My Friends" inadvertantly enabled Location Services (required) when installing this app and "fixed" the problem that way.

I hope this helps someone, I know these forums have been a great help in the past!

Hi. I had no luck with Find My Friends.

I went to i-cloud settings and hit DELETE ACCOUNT (kept contacts and calendar etc on the iphone)

Signed in again and away I went.

Now I can restore to back up again.

    Phew.

I have tried all of the above mentioned and is still not letting me connect to server. I went into my phone shop and they think it could be a software issue as it has terrible service in areas. But I have restore the phone twice and still nothing. Next stop kicking down apples door

I solved the problem myself by temporarily removing all restrictions. Then I could access iCloud settings at once and accept terms and conditions. I had restrictions on safari to use data-traffic, only to use wi-fi. Why WI-FI was not enough I don´t know.

I'm having the same problem and the Find My Friends didn't work. I'm utterly amazed that Apple hasn't addressed this and that tons of people have mentioned spending hours on the phone with Customer Care and still no solution which means, even in spite of a known issue, the idiots at Apple will talk you in circles just to make you feel better about a crapy product.

I had the same problem and the fixes listed didn't work.  However, what did work was to go to the icloud screen on my iphone, then scrolled to the bottom and deleted (to delete the account associated with my icloud).  Then, I put my account and password in again (on the icloud screen) and all then worked.

ok so here is the simplest solution i found. remove your icloud account from your phone. ( this will not loose any of your data) then simply re log into the icloud and set it up again. problem solved!!!!! no need to download any apps or anything
