Q: Omni Disk Sweeper

My startup disk is full, so I ran OmniDiskSweeper to tell me what was taking up the most storage. How do I know what to delete? What are the "shared" items?

To find out what shared items are read http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1549?viewlocale=en_US

Just about anything in your home directory would a safe candidate for deletion.
