Did you back up your iPhone 4 to iCloud?
If so, did you restore this backup to your iPhone 5s?

Dec 7, 2013 7:31 PM in response to finesse1545by randers4,To restore an iCloud backup you have to erase the phone and choose this option from the setup assistant. Go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, then go through the setup screens on your phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud backup and follow the prompts, choosing the backup of your iPhone 4 to restore from. Be sure you phone is connected to wifi and your charger as it is restoring the backup.
Note: The 5s has to be running the same or higher version of iOS as your iPhone 4 was in order to restore the backup. (You can check in Settings>General>About>Version.) If it isn't, you'll have to update it first.
