Q: iTunes will not start after over 14 re-installs on new HP Laptop

I am installing iTunes on a new Laptop due to my old one being stolen. I have my music data files on a WD Data Storgae drive.

I installed iTunes, wouldn't work missing Apple Application Support. Downloaded QuickTime Player and got by that error.

Resinstalled iTunes about 14 times and still entering errors. This one is "A Required iTunes Componant is not installed. Please repair or reinstall iTunes. (-45019). Anyone have any idea what I need to install.

HP Laptop, Windows 7, Windows 7 Enterprise

I have since uninstalled all Software from Apple. Have uninstalled all Cd/DVD software and hardware. Reinstalled CD/DVD deivice and all the software for it. Reinstalled QuickTime Player. Reinstalled iTunes 11. Since get the same error when trying to start iTunes:  A required iTunes component is not installed. Please repair of reinstall iTunes (-45019).

Have done that about three or four more times. Still need help. I have my complete music library on a seprate 2 TB drive (92,145 Tracks) that I would love to listen to. Thanks.
