Q: keynote free app

  •     I heard it is free for anyone who uses ios 7 after purchasing the new ipad. so how can i use it on my iPad as now it is asking for $9.99?
  •      Can i download it without creating an iCoud email account?

    If you activated a new iOS 7 compatible device after 1st September then it should be free. If it's showing a price against it in the App Store app on your iPad then try logging out of your account on it by tapping on your id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in and see if then show as free
