As to your question, did you unsubscribe from Zooks via this procedure?
If you didn't, then you didn't cancel, you just stopped using the app. Your subscription, however, continued and apparently automatically renewed. You first need to cancel the automatic renewal. After that, whether you can get a refund I don't know, since the official terms of sale is that all sales are final, but you can go here:
