Q: The new (09/19/13) Apple terms and conditions require one to click the AGREE button in order to update the apps; however, there is no such button to click on. Therefore I cannot update the apps on my iPhone. Any ideas?

I was having the same problem, I had to go into iTunes on my laptop and agree to the terms there, and now i can download apps on my iPhone.
