Q: My documents etc are all on my mini mac that has stopped working - how do I access my data, documents on the icloud?

My Mac Mini has stopped working, it shuts down on start-up. How do I access my emails, documents backed up on the icloud -- I am using a Windows PC until mu mini is repaired, and have downloaded the icloud for Windows -- but no records are showing.
