Q: bu mistake when we delete the games ios also got deleted now we cant download the games to i pod 8gb

hi ,  by mistaken when we delete the games ios also got delted in the ipod, cos when we were trying to download some games they asking me to have ios 4.3 to down load what shall i do help me

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.3
