Jan 3, 2014 5:29 AM in response to allypdomanby Andrew Eckmayer,Hi allypdoman,
Just attempted to download my digital copy of Despicable Me and the same thing happened. Seeing how my kids and I loved the first one and haven't been able to get out and see the second one yet, I'm not complaining. Will make for a big hit on our next Movie Friday.
Anyway I too am a bit disappointed that I don't have a nice studio formatted digital copy of the first film, as one would expect to get from the included digital copy code. Did you attempt to contact Universal about this yet?
P.S.
Our BluRay copy was purchased at Target. Not sure if that lot has anything to do with the mixed up codes. Someone somewhere is likely getting an ear full if Universal knows about this.

Jan 11, 2014 8:12 PM in response to Andrew Eckmayerby bgm1412,Same thing happened to me today. I called Itunes Support and they didn't do **** to help with the situation. I was on the phone for over an hour. I just don't see why they couldn't just add the digital copy to my cloud when they obviously saw that i submitted my code and ended up with two despicable me 2. I think it could be an easy fix. Oh well. From my experiences, the Ultraviolet version of the code works perfectly and is tied to the first despicable movie. I guess I'm going to use my Itunes cloud less and more of my Vudu account.
