Dec 19, 2013 7:38 PM in response to willieby Martin Joseph,I don't know if a modern iMac will recognize the disk in an Mac OS 8.5 machine? Haven't tried it. Defintely the way to try first though.
If that turns out to be a nonstarter, you could use a firewire drive of some kind (that's my favorite). I suppose it should be formatted as HFS +.
Hope this makes some sense.
