When a setting up a roaming network with Extreme (5th), Express 1st and Express Current, does each have its own I P address or are they all the same.  In other words how do I know my roaming network  is operating and correct?

Yes, everything has their own IP address.

When you same "Roaming" network, can we assume all your devices are connected via an Ethernet cable ?

Or are these wirelessly extended ?

To view what devices are connected to your base stations, you would need to open up Airport Utility in your Utilites folder and view which devices connected to each individual base station.

Here is one of my Express units and the devices connected to it.

My other base stations show different devices connected to it.

That screen shot is from the Airport Utility on a Mac.
