HT1808 My iPhone is disabled and I don't know the passcode. I tried connecting it to iTunes but it gives me the following message: "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone "xxs” because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone"

I got my passcode changed but I don't know it. My iPhone is disabled and iTunes can't connect to it because it tells me I need to enter the passcode. My phone says "try again in 48 minutes". Can anyone help me?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4
