Q: Why am I limited to China AppStore only and not able to switch to Singapore AppStore?

When I tried to change the country and region on my iphone, nothing happened after I pressed the "更改国家或地区". That would not borther me before I failed to do it on my Mac several times and was kept being told "This appld id is only valid in Chinese itunes store". Anyone can help me?...
