Q: Can't locate my daughter for past 24+ hours and she says hasn't made chgs to her side of find my friends app

Can't locate my daughter in over past 24 hrs .. Her phone is on and texted her

She days she hasn't changed the app.. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2, Her phone is on

She may simply be in an area where the location can't be established.

Are you certain she hasn't disabled you from following her.

My son does it all the time. He's a volunteer for the ambulance service and turns it off when on duty for patient confidentiality.

Some areas where there are poor networks etc can't be used to locate someone.
