Unfortunately, unless you know the Apple ID, there is absolutely nothing that can be done, you cannot use or even sell your mobile device.

Winston is a little bit of a wet rag. He doesn't tell you that there is a way to try to recover the Apple ID.
Go to iforgot.apple.com. Under the password entry block you will see "Forgot your Apple ID?". Click on it and enter as much as you can on the next screen. They will try to identify it by name and I think by your recovery email address if you set one. Good Luck.
