Q: iphone to be unblocked by carrier

the SIMcard that you currently have installed in this iphone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation sever.this is not a hadware issue with the iphone .please insert another sim or request that this iphone be unblocked by your carrier please contact apple for more information

so i would like to unblocked by my carrier please assist and do need ful

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.1, upgraded the phone

As stated, contact the original carrier to determine their unlocking policy, and if you qualify

Furthermore this isn't apple, it's other users just like yourself who are providing time to help people.
LIke Sted said, only the original carrier can unlock the phone legally, anything else, isn't.
