What did Epson tech support tell you?

After spending 2 hours on the phone with Epson- we determind that Apple had put in version 1.5 for the driver and I needed ver 9.00 and the system would not download the correct file. I was going to call Apple and decided to try once more. I did a printer reset- rebooted the computer and walla... Software update did it for me and downloaded the 9.00 verwsion and I'm up and running!! The reset did the trick as was sent to me as a repair.
