Q: I have downloaded MP3 files to my PC loaded them to iTunes on the PC, and synced with iPad. These are not showing up in the iPad. I cannot get them to sync on iCloud or by directly connecting iPad to computer. Any suggestions?

De-sync all of your music to remove it from the device. Then do a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go. Then try re-syncing the music again.
