I have made a purchase in an app, but the items I bought haven't been registered to my account in the game.  It really annoys me that the money from my account was subtracted easily enough, but I haven't recieved what I've bought. Who do I contact to fix the problem?  Apple? Or the company that made the app?  All help would be appreciated.

 

P.S. The game is Star Warfare Alien Invasion (if that makes any difference). Furthermore, it was a purchase that I've made before without any problems.
