Q: ipod 3g touch ios 5.1.1 itunes 11.1.3 (8): I do not see the Option to Enable Disc Mode... please help

People seem to be speaking from experience and thus I'm seeking proof one way or another.
Do you know of an Apple official page that states " No Disc Mode" is available?
