Applew ill do nothing and Apple stares:
Apple does not have a process to track or flag lost or stolen product,
From:
Reporting a lost or stolen Apple product
Report it to the police and change the passwords for all acounts used on the iPod.
If you turned on the FindMyiPod feature anmd wifi is on and connected go to

Dec 23, 2013 11:24 AM in response to Destinyfromakby varjak paw,No. If it's off line, there's no way t track it. Notify the police.
By the way, you replied to a thread that's more than a year and a half old. That's not usually the best strategy for getting assistance, and it a bit inconsiderate of the original poster who may still get notifications of activity in the thread.
Regards.
