Aug 25, 2013 9:28 AM in response to trey629by Allen A,Hello trey629,
The digital booklet will need to be downloaded onto a computer first. After an adjustment is made to the info of the booklet (the media kind must be changed to Book), the digital booklet can be synced to the iPhone, and viewed in the iBooks application.

Dec 28, 2013 7:15 AM in response to trey629by AnnabelleKing,The reason it is greyed out is because on itunes, your under the "Music" file that is in the top left hand corner. You need to click this for the drop down menu and change it to books. You should then see the booklet in the books section (or pdf) now right click and change the Media Kind. It should not be greyed out now.
Hope this helped!

Aug 11, 2015 6:59 AM in response to trey629by tomb08,You can also right click on the booklet in iTunes and select "Show in Finder". When Finder opens just open the .pdf with a double click.
