Dec 28, 2013 5:56 AM in response to matt00by Todd Adrian,I already read those articles. This is a brand new ipod touch. The apps have never been downloaded before. I hit download later rather than all at once. I was able to get iPhoto free, but the others are no longer free. Why? How do I get this corrected?

To continue troubleshooting, let’s try signing out of your account in Settings > iTunes & App Store. After you have signed out, restart your device, then sign back in:
iOS: Changing the signed-in iTunes Store Apple ID account

Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
