Q: Itunes cannot connect to Itunes store, an unknown error occured 0x80090318. Can anybody help me solve this problem?

I have a 4th Gen I pod touch with IOS 6.1.5, ITunes 11.1.3.8 I have been trying to connect to ITunes and it keeps telling me an unknown error has occured (0x80090318) It goes on to tell me that make sure my network connection is active and try again. I'm online now and trying to connect to ITunes store and it won't work. Please help.
