Thanks for the question, I can understand how frustrating that may be. To troubleshoot this issue, lets start off by checking for available downloads. To do so, click the Store menu in iTunes and choose Check for Available Downloads. If you do not see the menubar, follow these steps:
iTunes: Turning on iTunes menus in Windows 8 and 7

If your issue persists, lets check your purchase history for the missing albums:
iTunes 11 for Windows: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store
