i had tried to get the recovery email to send to my back up email account, and on the website, it would tell me it had sent. the email never arrived in my inbox or my spam l and i have tried multiple times.


i was just using my iPod one day and out of nowhere it asked for my apple ID. i put in my password and it told me the password was wrong and made me reset it. then a few days ago it stoped working completely and said i needed to re-verify my account with the security questions i created in the 4th grade. my wi-fi and email no longer work. it would be no big deal to make a new account but i have a little over $40 in it and i don't want to lose that. thanks for the help

    There have been some phishing/scam emails going around of a similar nature...if there is a problem with your account, contact support by calling the number for your location from and ask to speak with someone in Account Security.


    You can also go to then iTunes and then iTunes Store and then Password and Security Questions and request help.
